Each of our Five recently converted 18th Century stone barns, provides 5 Star luxury accommodation. The barns also have the latest, the ultimate in green credentials.
The five barns range from a luxury 1 bedroom through to a lavish 6 bedroom residence. Each one is individually designed and furnished to ensure every comfort and convenience; They are available all year round for rent as self -catering holidays, themed weekends, pampering breaks or for private corporate accommodation and activities all year round.
Cranberries Luxury Hideaways has five self-catering properties:
- The Saddlery & The Tack Room: two 1 bedroom suites; each sleeping 2
- The Hay Loft & The Stables: two 2 bedroom barns sleeping 4 to 6, one with access for guests with disabilities
- The Milking Parlour: a 6 bedroom residence, with four doubles/twins and two family rooms sleeping up to 16.

The Milking Parlour ~ our 6 bed property is ideal for larger groups
Our largest & most lavish property: The Milking Parlour, sleeping up to 16, consists of 6 bedrooms and 6 en-suite bathrooms. The barn was originally used back in 1750 as the Milking Parlour for the farm; we've now restored it using natural products and original techniques, incorporating modern technologies and ecologically friendly materials and equipment, such as air source heat pumps and solar panels. Our own natural spring provides water to the barn.
The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is extremely spacious with panoramic views over the Axe Valley out to the Jurassic coastline.

The Saddlery ~ a hideaway for the romantics
The Saddlery is a one bedroom suite - accessed by steps: the most perfect romantic hideaway, a firm favourite with our returning couples. Its vaulted ceilings make the accommodation feel exceptionally spacious.
Created with ecologically friendly materials, The Saddlery has a modern feel, whilst still retaining the character of the original barn within the beams and stone walls. The air source heating and natural spring water supply add to the property’s ecological credentials.

The Hayloft is on the upper level of a barn and is accessed by steps. The vaulted ceilings make the accommodation in The Hayloft a firm favourite with guests.

The Stables ~ from stables to a glorious, luxurious holiday home
On the ground floor of the stable block dating back to 1750, The Stables has been modernised to accommodate up to 6 people in two bedrooms. The under floor heating provides the accommodation with all the heating needed in the colder months whilst the porcelain floor tiles ensure the rooms are cool on those wonderful summer days in Devon.
The living area is open plan with enough room to comfortably accommodate a group of 6. The Stables living area is equipped with a large LCD TV and iPod docking station and complimentary WiFi access.

The Tack Room ~ a couple's delight
This ground floor, 1 bedroom suite is perfect for guests enjoying a" romance weekend package" at Cranberries.
The under floor heating provides The Tack Room with all the heating during the winter months whilst the porcelain floor tiles ensure the rooms are cool on those beautiful summer days in Devon.
Stone walls ensure we have retained the character of the building whilst we have provided modern facilities in the Kitchen and Shower room.
